New scale unlocked 🔓 Harmonic Minor Scale

The harmonic minor scale is a not-so-well-known variation of the natural minor scale that was created to bring back the ‘major scale tension’ that was lost in minor scales.

However, a side effect of this variation was that the Harmonic minor scale now can create the craziest dark melodies with ease.

There’s too much to mention in just one email, but I’ll leave you with this. Simply open your DAW and add these notes on it:

1 Chord: A, C, E

5 Chord: G#, B, E

7 Chord: G#, B, D

1 Chord: A, C, E

ℹ️ To make a Harmonic minor scale simply move the last note of any minor scale one semitone up.
